Receive documents from the consultant after the customer signs the contract
Coordinate with consultants to come up with solutions to make records depending on each customer's case
Manage, monitor and remind customers to complete and supplement documents and records until receiving Visa.
Organize and store on the data management system and compile the company's filing process in a scientific way.
Fill out immigration forms and related documents.
Support customers with procedures related to Visa procedures.
Make a plan to handle assigned documents on time - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports to direct managers
Perform other assigned tasks.

Vietnamese national;
Advanced English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or above);
Gender: Female preferable; 22-28yrs
Educational level: Bachelor Degree with preferable majors in Foreign Languages, International Relations, Political Science, Law, Finance, etc.;
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the relevant fields such as: legal, processing files for overseas studies, consulate/embassies, banking, audit, price appraisal, etc.
Ability to learn quickly about many different programs/projects;
Organizational and record keeping skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team, under high pressure and with tight deadlines;
Detail-oriented, analytical, flexible, eager to learn, hard-working, efficient, dynamic, ambitious;
Professional manners with communication skills.
