MÔ TẢ:

• Ensure all regulatory documentation, procedure and records are maintained and reported. Build up and update new procedures if any.
• Training, maintain and develop, if required, the necessary HSE standards to ensure the environmental, health and safety of site personnel, visitors and contractors are complying with company standard and law required.
• Perform HSE inspections and audits; prepare relevant reports for unsafe condition/act determination and follow up action plans and corrective actions.
• Conduct Occupational Hygiene (OH) and environmental monitoring, inspection and assessment of workplace and activities for existing or new installation and processes.
• Conduct periodic Hazard Analysis and Risks Assessments; Incidents and Accidents Investigation (if any) and recommend prevention awareness programs accordingly.
• Develop, promote and maintain a clean, safe and well-organized working environment culture for all employees.

YÊU CẦU:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
• Min 2-3 years of HSE experience in the manufacturing industry or similar environment.
• Be skilled and knowledgeable in hazard and exposure identification, auditing and inspections; conducting Environmental, Health and safety training and related reports for authorities.
• Have a solid working knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Good training and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Able to work independently and be proactive at work.
• Good communication in English.
• Good in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications.
