In charge of all jobs related to HR of company
Build up all company policies and procedure as salary, bonus, incentive policies, evaluate staff performance…
Building and developing company culture activities
Solve arising problems related to the labor relationship
Other tasks as assignment

Have more than 3 – 5 years experience in HR field
Good use of English in 4 skills
Ability to work independently, analytical thinking, problem solving, system thinking
