Mô tả công việc

● Work closely as part of growth team to come up with GTM strategy, build and manage B2C sales team to hit conversion rate targets;

● Optimize sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staffs, preparation of scripts, preparation of sales schemes;

● Work on affiliate distribution system, optimize publisher recruitment and revenue per publisher;

● Manage the team to ensure a great customer experience;

● Scale Team : around 100 headcounts

Yêu cầu

● Minimum 7 years of experience in B2C sales; experience in education

● Proven track record of managing sales team;

● Strong desire to build a unicorn;

● Strong in planning and building new team

● Result-oriented
