I. Payment & Sales control:
∙ Approve payment / Daily check GW;
∙ Control actual payment, ensure it follows the approved budget. Highlight any risky case to Leader (if any);
∙ Review, check and approve for the progress of contract & invoice, including control expense's rule regarding revenue;
∙ Control all sales, costs, liabilities and ensure solvency of the company;
∙ Participate in operating the finance and accounting control system, internal control system.
II. Financial Reporting and Planning
∙ Monthly closing report handling. Check reports and rectify oversights / finalise report monthly;
∙ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports (follow VAS and IFRS);
∙ Discuss with General accountant about accounting issues and balance of accounts;
∙ Responsible for financial analysis, forecasts and business planning & budgeting to support
short and long-term business goal and decision.
III. Regulations & External Reporting:
∙ Update regulations on tax, accounting & banks which related to financial & accounting;
∙ Review & update the financial policies to ensure company follow up current regulations;
∙ Update, assign & guide accountants to prepare all the required external reports;
∙ Checking tax report monthly/ quarterly/ yearly…;
∙ Responsible for yearly accounting audit and tax audit (if any);
∙ Responsible for the report of the State Bank of loan quarterly.
IV. Company Process:
∙ Set up and control accounting books and procedures. Guide & train Accountants about
Financial policies, how to work with other Accountants & Other teams. Help them solve the problem in working;
∙ Guide/train other teams about financial policies;
∙ Discuss with other Team leaders to make the company process/workflows and find solutions
for financial related issues.
● At least 5-7 working experience years in Accounting/ Finance; Chief Accountant Certification, ACCA/CPA qualification is preferred;
● Good knowledge of Accounting standards (IFRS) and software;
● Managed at least 5 people before and had prior manager experience;
● Strong decision thinking, and follow-up skills techniques;
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
● Good command of written and spoken English.
