Job title: Head of Finance & Accounting

Report to: Head of Office and CFO (functionally)

Employment capacity: Full time

Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, or as required for an Executive role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance and Accounting Executive as Head of Finance & Accounting to work in a small team with a start-up mentality and fast-paced working environment. Your role is not simply to manage day-to-day work but to help build a company, together with the founders and management team.

You will report to the Head of Office with frequent interaction and reporting to CEO and functionally to a Board of Director (acting as (part-time) CFO). You will participate in the BoM meetings and interact as peer with the management team.

2) Scope of work:

● Full reconciliation of accounting and finance books of all subsidiaries in our network: Vietnam registered companies, Singapore Holding company and potentially future regional JVs

● Managing domestic and international supplier relationships for timely delivery of purchase orders

● Managing financial forecasting and budgeting process (monthly, quarterly, annual)

● Managing corporate tax liabilities and liaising with the authorities

● Timekeeping and monthly payroll for employee

● Periodical streamlining of accounting and finance processes including with suppliers, customers and employees

● Regular CRM reporting

● Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, separated by sales staff, region and by SKU for both volume and revenue.

● Working closely and supervising a Senior Finance and Accounting Executive 

● Tracking of accounts receivables and accounts payables and working with sales and executive team to ensure full compliance

● Data analytics of order, forecast to prepare the production process

● Coordinate with the Factory team to manage inventory periodically

3) Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

● Preferably experienced in the beverages / spirits industry and possess CFA certification

● 8-10 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant ● Language proficiency: fluent in English, all 4 skills.

● Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, financial accounting statements

● Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills, accuracy and attention to detail
