From a contractual, commercial and technical background responsible for profitable business case for the exploitation of each wind farm projects.

▪ Process owner of main After Sales processes in the region: contracting; financial balance; fulfillment of contractual obligations and operational wind farm performance

▪ Responsible for the development and sustainability of one regional After Sales team, based on one regional After Sales strategy (aligned with regional Sales and GSM strategies), defining of processes, developing applicable After Sales functions, competences and culture within the region and implement/make this applicable for each sub-region

▪ Manages, organizes, controls the regional After Sales COE department in order to achieve agreed targets (e.g. specific KPIs such as validity of contracts, open payments, etc.)

▪ Responsible to execute strategic decisions as agreed with the Sales and After Sales Director (and provide support/information)

▪ Responsibility for managing the After Sales resources and activities in the region

▪ Responsible for ensuring a single interface with the customer in order to streamline customer relations

▪ Disciplinary and functional leadership incl. continuous development of regional After Sales employees

▪ Support people in the regional After Sales team (After Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Data Analysts, Back Office Coordinators) in developing towards the required competence level, provide necessary coaching and mentoring as well as applicable training resources

▪ Cooperate with Global Sales Management regarding the regional After Sales strategy in collaboration with S&AS Director.

▪ Operationalize and execute sub-regional After Sales strategy

▪ Perform After Sales activities regarding specific accounts and senior stakeholders, represent region AS towards customers and other stakeholders

▪ Escalation level for After Sales Managers with complex customer issues

▪ Provide and present on a periodic base the performance results on the main After Sales processes to the S&AS Director

▪ Manage cross-functional processes and cooperation with (sub-)regional Service organizations

▪ Coordinate on a periodic/regular base with sub-regional heads of Sales to ensure alignment on customer issues, product development and implementation, etc.

▪ Inform global Business Development and GSM on competitor activities and prices

▪ University degree (Bachelor / Master) in either economics / business administration and/or a degree in engineering

▪ Experience as manager in the After Sales with disciplinary leadership responsibility

▪ At least 10 years of relevant experience

▪ Experience as After Sales manager

▪ Profound knowledge and experience in implementing, managing and improving After Sales processes

▪ Technical know-how of the wind industry preferable.

▪ Good knowledge of project management techniques, especially risk management

▪ Good knowledge of MS-Office

▪ Strong proven writing and oral communications skills in English language

▪ Structural and analytic thinker

▪ Good assertiveness, organizational skills

▪ Capacity in communicating and co-operating with other colleagues on different organizational levels

▪ Ability to deal with different cultures and changing business-environment

▪ Team player, communicative, dynamic and ambitious

▪ Strong result oriented
