- Following up construction work in structure and finishing due to order or management team.
- Assist site manager and company in international meeting and other coordination duties by English communication skills.
- Planning for Quality assurance and Quality control documents, establish Method of statement of construction works, issue daily report and do inspection with Clients, Contractors and Managers.
- Responsible to evaluate quality, estimate quantity of materials which implement on package and planning for purchasing.
- Ability to review schedule, manage appointment, consultancy contract, calculation method of statement, communication and support for Project Manager.
- Budget control, issue Bill of quantities for tendering, evaluation pricing and qualification of contractors.
- Co-ordinate with site team for implementation, inspection and commission.
- Work with Buyer and discover their expectation idea that can be applied to their residence/department store.
- Certify any payment for contractors/consultant due to request.
- From 10 years of working in Project, Design and QAQC Department. Proficiency in project management at variesfields: construction, procurement, documentation.
- Good at written and communication in English.
