Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Define marketing plans for product launches, lifecycle management, and brand positioning.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and cross-functional collaboration.

Brand Management:

  • Establish and maintain a strong brand identity in line with the company's values and mission.
  • Develop and execute brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity in the pharmaceutical industry.

Product Marketing:

  • Drive product marketing initiatives, including defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and medical teams to develop marketing materials that effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals and consumers.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences, behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies for improved results.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry regulations, advertising guidelines, and ethical standards in Vietnam.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with local regulations and industry codes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and other teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor spending and provide regular budget reports to senior management.

Digital and Online Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and content marketing.
  • Embrace digital trends and technologies to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Vietnam.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese languages.
