Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure tax compliance, and support financial reporting for our immigration and study-abroad services company. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in tax accounting and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks: bookkeeping, AP/AR, cash and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT) in full compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Work with tax authorities and external auditors when required.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation according to company and regulatory standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.
- Collaborate with international partners; prepare and review English financial documents when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong tax accounting skills with solid knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Good English skills (reading, writing, communication).
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and strong problem-solving abilities.
