General Accountant - E-Commerce

Position Responsibility:

1. Responsible for drafting monthly internal financial report, making sure the monthly internal financial report done accurately and on time;

2. Support with building up scientific financial department working structure and financial report structure

3. Reconcile arising and balance daily with cashier, bank;

4. Enter data into accounting software timely and accurately, storing documents arising scientifically and securely;

5. Work closely with other related departments to ensure the accounting related work is done accurately and quickly;

6. Issue e-invoices align with the provisions of the Tax Law and the Accounting Law in order to perform the work in accordance with regulations;

Requirements:

1. Gender: Female

2. Financial background with 3-5 years' experience, having the experience of independently handling general ledger accounting and working as a leader will be preferred;

3. Fluent in English or Chinese is a must

4. Having experience in the retail business or E-Commerce business industry will be preferred;

5. Strong in Financial background, having financial related certificate like AAIA or AACPA is highly preferred;

6. Data sensitive, can arrange daily work and data organized with very high accuracy;

7. Communicate for the team and other departments to work effectively, present logic, information, persuasion, inspiration;

8. Adhere to “Honesty & Ethics Principles” Model and celebrate good behavior on this principle.
