• Work closely with Japanese CEO and prepare report and process legal & accounting tasks
• Collaborate with outside Accounting and Legal firms to do tasks
• Support whole company to set up company and create good environment for all members to work.
• Recruit, Train, and manage members later in HR/GA/Accounting

Must to have

• Have at least 5 years experience in Accounting field
• Have knowledge about HR procedure and Legal related to HR
• Have Chief Accountant certificate
• Have strong Logical thinking ability for continuous improvement
• Have good communication with CXO, Managers, and members
• Have good English or Japanese communication skill

• Have worked at Japanese companies
