Duties and Responsibilities
Flow and Automation Expertise
- Audit, debug, and optimize automated workflows, focusing on tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform Framework and API REST integration.
Endpoint Management
- Oversee and secure endpoints within the IT infrastructure, ensuring stable and safe user access.
SharePoint Management
- Manage SharePoint lists, themes, and structured data to enhance organizational productivity.
- Utilize advanced SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, and PowerShell for customization and optimization.
Moodle LMS Development
- Wireframe and develop RTO-compliant courses using Moodle.
- Code and design solutions with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet e-learning standards.
SEO and Digital Marketing
- Execute backlinking campaigns and optimize digital platforms for improved visibility.
- Apply HTML and web standards to enhance search engine optimization (SEO).
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate detailed monthly reports, including user access, security audits, depreciation, and IT asset analysis.
- Use Python, R, or tools such as DAX and M (Power Query Formula Language) for data analysis and visualization.
Power Platform Assurance
- Conduct auditing and quality assurance testing on software and workflows within the Power Platform ecosystem. WordPress and Apache Management
- Audit Apache servers for updates and risk mitigation.
- Manage WordPress environments, including PHP development, SQL database management, and server configurations for Apache.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or related technologies
are advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
