THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own a feature end-to-end — from database to UI — without needing to hand off between specialists. You will work across client projects, building web applications, internal tools, and integrations. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, moves fast, and is comfortable context-switching between frontend and backend work within the same sprint.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build full-stack features across frontend (React or Vue) and backend (Node.js or Python)

• Design and work with relational and non-relational databases — schema design, migrations, query optimisation

• Develop and consume REST APIs; integrate third-party services

• Translate design specs into responsive, pixel-accurate, accessible UIs

• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests across the stack

• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews

• Use AI tools to design, write, and ship faster across the full stack

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience

• Solid front-end skills: React or Vue, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, state management

• Solid back-end skills: Node js or Python, REST APIs, server-side logic

• Strong database fundamentals — can design a schema, write efficient queries, and understand indexing

• Understands how systems are architected end-to-end: auth, storage, caching, deployment

• Experience writing tests across the stack (unit, integration, E2E)

• Excellent English - written and verbal. This is a hard requirement.

• Actively uses Al-assisted tools (Claude, Codex, Gemini, or equivalent) daily — this is an Al-first team and a hard requirement.

• Comfortable owning a feature from requirements to production

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or high-traffic B2C systems
