1. Design & Development

• Develop clean, efficient and maintainable code for backend services and occasionally frontend components
• Write and maintain unit, component, and integration tests to ensure software reliability and functionality
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards and share knowledge across the team

2. Collaboration & Teamwork

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver well-integrated features
• Support your team in decision-making processes and contribute to effective work organization

3. Documentation & Requirements

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and specifications
• Help manage and clarify requirements for the software components you work on

4. Performance & Improvement

• Optimize the interaction between backend and frontend for performance, scalability, and security
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and development practices

Your skills and experience

Job Qualification

• Strong backend development skills (4+ years) with Python and experience with AWS services such as SQS, S3, Lambda / ECS
• Experience working with graph databases, ideally Neo4j
• Familiarity with the Serverless Framework and a basic understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD
• Comfortable working with frontend code; experience with React is helpful, Angular is our future direction. Familiarity with AWS Amplify is a plus.
• A structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Our fixed base salary is paid within 13 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance
