We are hiring an Associate Data Technician (Entry-Level) to support data cleansing and build basic ETL pipelines using PostgreSQL and scheduling tools. The role requires a Fresher with a relevant degree, solid SQL and Python skills, and a strong focus on data quality. This position is perfect for building a career in Data Engineering and demands a proactive, quick-learning attitude.

1. Responsibility

• Assist in the systematic collection, cleaning, and standardization of data under guidance.
• Support the construction of basic ETL data pipelines using PostgreSQL and scheduling tools (like crontab).
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Write and execute standard SQL queries for simple reports and initial analysis.
• Analyze simple data issues and provide initial recommendations for solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, SOPs, and team workflows.
• Collaborate with other teams when data integration is needed.

2.Requirements

• Solid fundamental knowledge of SQL: proficiently using SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and complex filtering.
• Basic to intermediate Python skills for file processing, data cleaning, crawling, and simple ETL scripts.
• Basic understanding of common relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Demonstrated strong logical thinking and exceptional attention to detail when handling data.Strong willingness to quickly learn new technologies (ETL tools, APIs, Cloud platforms, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of Excel (using formulas, text functions, and pivot tables).
• Familiarity with Python data libraries (such as Pandas and Requests) Linux commands and shell scripting , web scraping techniques (HTML/regex), Data Warehouse concepts, and prior exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau would be plus.

3. Education

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student status) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Basic professional English reading and writing skills.

4.Experience

At least 3 month ( include intern period) working in IT firm.( WEb/ Saa/ Agile/ Scrum).
