- Overall responsible for the company’s Accounting and Finance matters including the implementation of financial accounting systems in both VAS, IAS, IFRS
- Responsible for the review/analysis of accounts reports submitted by respective staffs. This includes overal responsibilities for correct costing and make periodic validation between standard and actual costing.
- Responsible in the preparation and submission of management accounting reports on-time.
- To liaise with the banks, tax department, inter-company party and external auditors and other Government regulatory entities. Make periodic filing and handling Tax refund.
- To be responsible in ensuring that the full compliance of statutory requirements is complied with at all times.
- To continuously motivate, train and develop personnel under the department ensuring work efficiency and espousing team spirit amongst peers and be a proactive overall team leader in the department.
- Control of inventory, cost management.
- Responsible in the preparation of the annual budgets in close coordination with the other members of the management team.
- To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the General Director from time to time.
- Report to: General Director
- Degree: University in Accounting. CPA preferable.
- Very good command of English language.
- Good computer skill, accounting software and ERP system. SAP preferable
- More than 10 years Finance Manager/Chief Accountant in manufacturing field
- Work place: AMATA Industrial park - Bien Hoa City – Dong Nai Province
