Finance Analyst

• Provide the focal point for advice and technical expertise in financial management, including the development of policies and procedures.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices
• Develop financial models, taking legal limitations into consideration
• Manage the budgeting processes to monitor, control, approve and evaluate costs, revenues and cash flows.
• Create reports and variance analyses. Identify investment opportunities
• Continuously improving financial processes and identifying and enhancing efficiencies in processes
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including coordinating audits and acting as primary contact for auditors and advisors
• Maintain key relationships with banks, auditors and other third parties.
• Establish key performance indicators and monitor ongoing performance.
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines in respect of accounting procedures concepts and Provide leadership and management to the business unit, within the scope of the position's responsibilities.
• Create forecast models based on current and past financial results
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray our group in a positive manner.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager/CEO/Board of Directors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience for entry-level positions (Experience in working for startup is a plus)
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
• Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
• Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize
• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment
• Ability to work with a broad range of people including major donors, Board members, foundation staff, colleagues of the CEO and staff, and others.
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Focus on details, accuracy
• Conversant in English (speaking/writing/reading), PC literacy

● Salary: Negotiable + 13th NET Salary (review salary each year)
