Field Applications Engineer (FAE)

Position’s target: is responsible for understanding customer requirements in detail and providing technical solutions tailored to their needs. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each vendor's technology and locate these technologies for the projects in charge.

Responsibilities/ Job Description.

• Schedule customers meeting to promote Company’s products and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales team and suppliers to provide the most optimal technical solution for designs.
• Find out customers requires of designs or technical solutions. Support the Customers to design meet them requires.
• Support to test and evaluate the Customers products to compare with specifications from the Manufacturer.
• Attend supplier’s training courses; Implement technical instructions and technology transfer with customer’s technical teams as needed.

• Graduated from colleges and universities in electronics and telecommunications;
• Experience in working in electronic field: over 3 year;
• Ability to create ideas and solutions, teamwork, creativity, real interest in news and current issues, organizational skills and time management;
• Pay attention to details and be able to work under pressure;
• Actively seeking new business customers;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, manage customer project system;
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English;
• Experienced 2G / 3G / 4G/ 5G modules, GSM / GPRS, GNSS is an advantage;
