1.   Responsibility

• Collaborating with creative decisions to organize a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to important events such as exhibitions, business events, etc.
• Accompanying events team to both internal and external events
• Attending all meetings to act as a second point of contact
• Promoting events across all social media platforms
• Supporting the events team for logistical and administrative tasks
• Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary
• Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
• Ensuring all merchandises for events arrive on time
• Preparing report on events (presentation & budget)
• Liaising with other members of MKGT team (communication & designer) to have a best marketing strategy for an event such as event purpose & concept, event venue as well as its budget, etc.

 2.   Requirements

• Events organization experience
• Proven time & workload management skills
• Good in communication & presentation
• Confident with all Microsoft Office packages (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Creative and used to thinking outside the box
• Good photographer in order to take pictures from all events
• Excellent networker
• Passion for events
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Personable and presentable
• Eager to contribute new ideas
• Responsible and proactive
• Be able to work under pressure
