• Take on the role of Scrum Master / Project Manager to ensure timely product delivery, adhering to project management guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Development Team throughout all phases of project management.
• Evaluate, understand, and assess proposed solutions, including addressing technical challenges associated with the assigned projects.
• Oversee technical teams, monitor performance, provide feedback, and guide their development towards career growth by helping them improve their skills, providing appropriate tasks, and engaging with them daily.
• Take responsibility for fostering the professional growth of team members, promoting skill development, appropriate task delegation, and active involvement.
• Act as a liaison for the team regarding organizational development activities, helping resolve any concerns or issues raised by employees.
• Foster strong relationships with other teams or departments to ensure effective collaboration and smooth workflows within the organization.

Job Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering high-quality products.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering management, handling both project management and people management responsibilities.
• Strong background in back-end development and system design.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails for development.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and tools.
• Skilled in acquiring new technologies and addressing tech-related issues during project development.
• Expertise in building and maintaining a positive team culture, fostering connectivity and engagement among team members.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, particularly in managing escalated or critical issues.
• Strong critical thinking skills, able to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
• Open-minded and results-driven, with a proactive attitude toward change and diversity.
• Proficient in English.

Nice to have: PMP or Scrum certification.
