As a SEC, you will represent 8A to introduce to our customers about our products and learning methods. You will also
responsible for finding customer’s needs and consult them with suitable learning courses, make sure they are happy with our service.
Sales activities (60%):
- Prospecting, calling, introducing about the company, build trust clarify customer’s needs, consultation, class arrangement.
- Be responsible for the individual target (sales, renew, etc)
Customer service (30%):
- Handle customers’ requests and complaints.
- Handle customers’ payments.
- Customer satisfaction calls, survey, follow up
- Customer communication (start day, end day, test, result reporting, etc)
Report and admin (10%):
- The sales report, class report, shift report
- Classroom management
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- College/University graduate is an advantage
- Well presented and nice voice
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment
- Sales experience (education industry is an advantage)
- Growth mindset and love new challenges
- Available with working in shifts & comfortable with the commission pay structure.
Skills
