Growth Lead plans and executes growth marketing and conversion optimization initiatives, to acquire new customers and drive revenue. Relevant tasks include:

• Develop product-led growth strategy for our ed-tech platforms
• Build and optimize marketing funnels (traffic, subscriptions and conversions).
• Plan and execute ads & content-driven email marketing campaigns
• Research and acquire affiliate partnerships to generate additional revenue.

• Adaptability, openness mindset and experience in A/B testing in start-up environment is a must
• Familiarity with Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Mailchimp)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant skills/tasks, with demonstrable results
• Comfortable communicating in written English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
