Research Content Angles & Effective Keywords

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify attractive keywords, messages, and visuals.
• Regularly update the financial content policies of the platform to ensure compliance.
• Continuously refine targeting based on actual data, identifying effective segments and new opportunities.

Develop Diverse Creative Content

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality videos, written content, and images optimized for Facebook.
• Experiment with various content frameworks and storytelling approaches, adhering to regulations while highlighting value (investment courses, in-depth materials, events, etc.).
• Maintain a fresh and relevant content pipeline to engage viewers and boost conversion rates.

Execute & Optimize Advertising Strategies

• Launch, monitor, and adjust Facebook campaigns using advanced targeting, bidding, and segmentation techniques.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to enhance ad performance, refine audience selection, and optimize landing pages.
• Track metrics such as CPA, CTR, Conversion, and ROAS, optimizing budgets and strategies to maximize profitability.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing Facebook Ads for investment or financial products with strict regulations.
• Proven success in optimizing full-funnel campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Deep understanding of platform policies and financial marketing regulations.
• Strong data analysis, A/B testing, and scaling skills based on performance.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

• Revenue sharing is based on the number of leads generated (50–200 million VND; details on calculation and policy will be discussed during the interview).
