The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in the E-Commerce industry through creative marketing strategies and exceptional content creation. If you're passionate about driving customer engagement and creating compelling digital marketing campaigns, we'd love to have you on board.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Create engaging content, including captions and graphics, for social media channels in both English and Vietnamese.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta ads, and other social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the E-Commerce sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in creating engaging social media content, including graphics and captions.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visual content.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
