Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.
As a Development Lead at Endava, you are responsible across all stages of software development to deliver successful projects using Agile Scrum methodology. You'll handle specifying and designing complex software applications, components, and modules to meet defined requirements. The Development Lead is crucial in plans and drives system development projects which support the organization's objectives and plans.
