• You will be responsible for leveraging content, game mechanics and systems to piece together a compelling live features plan and seasonal narrative for the company's games.
• Create, test and tune game rules for live operations and seasonal gameplay in the company's games with minimum mentor support
• Collaboratively identify and implement new ways to utilize content to keep the game fresh and engaging for players.
• Partner with producers, designers, artists, engineers and marketing to deliver compelling live experiences.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in game design.
• Love playing RPG games and curious about which systems create greater engagement
• Experienced in creating mockups and prototypes hands-on in-engine (Unity preferred).
• Interested in the math and data behind successful systems design.
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn new things
• Humble and curious, able to iterate quickly based on feedback from a game's fan base.
