We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk (100% remotely) to join our team at Kegmil. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to input data into Kegmil’ system accurately and efficiently using raw data provided by our customers. You will work closely with our Business Analyst (BA) and Customer Success (CS) team based in Singapore to ensure data clarity and address any inquiries or data-related questions. In addition to routine data tasks, you will be responsible for handling ad-hoc data-related assignments as needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input large volumes of data into Kegmil’s system from various sources based on guidelines & standards. 
• Verify and cross check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
• Maintain clear and concise communication with Singapore team to resolve any data discrepancies
• Conduct regular data quality checks and validations to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies in the inputted data based on instructions. 
• Involve in any ad-hoc data assignment if needed. 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Senior students or freshers are required to ensure to work at least 3.5 days/ week
• Proven data entry experience is a big plus 
• Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suites and other Office applications. 
• Basic speaking English & can communicate effectively via chat & emails 
• Have a personal PC or laptop & a stable internet connection.
