Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.
• Design and implement new functionalities and improve existing processes.
• Customize D365 CRM to meet project-specific needs.
• Support integration activities with external systems and provide technical guidance.
• Assist in user training and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with D365 CRM, covering both technical and functional aspects.
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and D365 CRM customization tools.
• Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end CRM implementation, including customer relationship management and data integration.
• Strong consulting and teamwork skills.
