• Manage and take responsibility for the team's daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Ensure the team's KPI metrics on an hourly and daily basis (Monitor KPIs hourly to provide timely support to the team).
• Drive performance to achieve sales targets.
• Support and guide team members in handling difficult situations and provide direction for improving business results.
• Prepare reports on team activities, daily tasks, and necessary support.
• Record feedback from the team regarding customer complaints about products, gifts, shipping, etc.
• Perform certain managerial tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from College or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions such as Telemarketing Team Leader/Supervisor, Telesales Team Leader/Supervisor, or Online Sales Team Leader.
• Minimum experience in leading a team of 15 or more members.
• Experience in team management, training, and supporting team members.
• Experience in reporting and work planning.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Understanding online sales and operational metrics of online sales channels is a plus.
