Creative Work: 80%

• Develop and review results-focused creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration for multiple projects spanning multiple media
• Write and present cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign approaches
• Innovate and orient concept/big idea for clients/brands
• Ensure the work produced is high in quality and in line with client/brand expectations
• Drive constant improvement in creative quality and capabilities.
• Managing art direction, design, copywriting and production of projects
• Lead pitches
• Quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring and evaluating staff performance,
• Constantly study the creative market to update hot trends, new skills for team and approach for clients/ brands
• Lead art director and content manager to drive innovative thinking and support

Personnel Management: 20%

• Assign Creative teams that suite for selected projects based on ability and workload
• Managing outside resources, including vendors, photographers, color separators, printers, freelancers, web and interactive sub-contractors.
• Manage workload to maximize capability 
• Build Creative team as Creative Hub and sharing/update to other departments 
• Assure that all creative personnel are trained and, where needed, mentored to maintain the standards and expectation of internal team & client, and to meet their career objective

Knowledge & experiences

• At least 5 years of experience in the creative field
• Superior understanding of advertising and marketing principles
• Superior understanding of Mar-Com strategies and tactics, including technologies.
• Demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative concept and writing
• Ability to judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others
• Thorough understanding of clients and their business/industry
• Thorough understanding of art direction
• Understanding of interactive media production
