JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Location & Work Details

We are looking for a highly creative, innovative, and trend-savvy Video Ads / Creative Content Creator to produce high-converting ad creatives for Facebook & TikTok Ads. If you are passionate about storytelling, video editing, and making content that sells, this role is for you. You’ll be working closely with our performance marketing team to create thumb-stopping, engaging, and high-performing ad creatives that drive real conversions. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form content—who understands what makes people stop scrolling and take action.

• Location: 100% Remote, within Vietnam.
• Employment Type: Full-time - No Moonlighting or Part-Time Work Allowed - Must have no ongoing commitments or obligations that would interfere with the role
• Job Industry: Skincare - Main Markets: U.S. & Canada.
• Standard package: 10 - 16 million VND/month (Base salary + Monthly bonus)
• Working hours: 8.0 hours per day (flexible hours) with 1 weekly day off
• Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
• 5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam’s official schedule.

2. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Create high-converting video ads for Facebook & TikTok campaigns.
• Understand viral trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook to create engaging, scroll-stopping content.
• Edit short-form videos with a strong hook, engaging visuals, and clear CTA.
• Work with UGC (User-Generated Content), stock footage, and motion graphics to craft compelling ad creatives.
• Analyze video performance and iterate on creative variations based on ad performance data.
• Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with platform updates, new TikTok editing styles, and viral ad formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test different messaging, styles, and creative approaches for A/B testing.
• Pitch creative ideas: We want fresh, unique, and outside-the-box thinking!

Must-Have Traits:

• You are highly creative & think outside the box: You understand what makes videos engaging and how to sell through storytelling.
• You love content creation: You enjoy making videos, experimenting with new trends, and crafting ads that make an impact.
• You care about performance: You don’t just make “cool videos”—you make ads that convert.
• You’re a trend-spotter: You know what’s going viral on TikTok and how to adapt trends into ad creatives.
• You work FAST & iterate quickly: You understand that in digital marketing, speed & volume matter.
• You take initiative & ownership: You come up with ideas, not just wait for instructions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Portfolio of video ads / UGC content / viral content that shows engagement & conversion-driven creativity.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut or similar).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual engagement.
• Strong English Skills: IELTS 7.0+ (or equivalent), especially in speaking.
• Familiarity with the criteria below

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with eCommerce, Skincare, or Subscription-based businesses.
• Proven experience creating Facebook & TikTok ads (or viral short-form content).
• Experience in social media marketing.

• Note: This position operates under a contract service agreement. As such, the offered amount will be wire transferred monthly in USD, with no additional benefits or paid obligations such as social or health insurance included.

Standard package: 10 - 16 million VND/month (Base salary + Monthly bonus)
