Content Creator (TikTok/Reels)

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and develop creative content ideas for TikTok and Instagram Reels aligned with brand direction.
• Plan, script, film, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Monitor trends on TikTok/Reels to create timely and engaging content.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to execute content campaigns.
• Manage the posting schedule and ensure content is delivered on time.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, followers) and optimize content accordingly.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
• Ensure all content follows brand identity and community guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year -2 years of experience in content creation for TikTok/Reels (Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome).
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms and social trends.
• Good skills in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar).
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and branding is an advantage.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English is required.Knowledge of Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
