Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating the activities of the accounting department, assigning tasks to subordinate staff, organizing operations, controlling and monitoring, and providing timely information during the implementation process to achieve the company's goals.
• Managing the financial accounting and statistical functions.
• Coordinating with the company accountants in consolidating financial reports.
• Organizing accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Managing and storing invoices, documents, and accounting records; ensuring the security of accounting data.
• Effectively carrying out management tasks related to assets, materials, costs, accounts payable, and payments.
• Setting up funds and required contributions according to legal regulations.
• Preparing financial reports in accordance with standards and prescribed deadlines.
• Managing relationships with partners and relevant agencies.
• Updating and disseminating relevant legal documents.
• Establishing an information system and management accounting reporting to provide information for business planning.
• Monitoring the process of income and expenditure of financial items to prevent and detect violations.
• Preparing monthly/annual reports for direct management.

Requirements:

• Graduated from University with a major in Accounting.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in the accounting field, including at least 3 years in a Chief Accountant position.
• Have experience dealing with the BD region. Have a good connection with the tax authority and know how to handle VAT refund.
• Having experience as a Chief Accountant in large manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English or Korean
