Chief Accountant

1. Weekly

• Review vendor/ customer contracts
• Wallet Adjustment as per request and Check Wallet Movement
• Handling problems arising related to Fin Team / other teams assigned by Finance Manager
• Manage daily works of Tax Accountant and Senior Accountant to comply with Internal report timeline
• Check Wallet Movement for User/Driver
• Responsible for Weekly Cashflow Report

2. Monthly

• Perform Bank reconciliation
• In charge of Monthly wallet reports and financial reports
• Tracking loan contracts and transactions, loan obligations with SBV
• Checking Tax reports and VAS reports
• Checking Other reports to Government (FDI)

 3. Other tasks

• Work with auditors and tax officer
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

• At least 2- or 3-years experience working as Chief Accountant in MNC
• Good in communication, hard-working, active at work, Good team management skills.
• English: Fluently in reading and writing
• Knowing Cantonese is advantage
• Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Have experience of using accounting system in ERP, Xero.
