CCNP Networking L2 Supporting Consultant

• Provide technical support and consultation on enterprise network infrastructure, to Multinational Corporation customers.
• Work as Tier Two support who possess a deeper technical knowledge, in-depth troubleshooting and backend analysis to provide second level response to Tier One support based on pre-defined SLA.
• Escalate to technical lead / external vendor according to pre-defined guideline / policies
• Plan, review, create and conduct Change Request with joining CAB meeting.
• Regular review and update existing enterprise network infrastructure.
• Prepare technical documentation such as SOP / Manual, etc.
• Collect data from monitoring tool and prepare regular report.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• 2+ years or above experience in network infrastructure / security / wireless
• LAN Network experience on Cisco / Juniper / Huawei / H3C / HPE / Fortinet products
• Hands-on experience on Cisco / Juniper / Huawei / HPE is preferred
• Cisco CCNP Level (Certification should be valid) or above is preferred
• Security and WLAN experience may also be considered
• Able to work independently
• Good command in both spoken & written English
• Willing to take on-call supporting when required. 

Working location: HCMC (Hybrid model)

• For office hour working from office
• For non-office hour supporting from home. 

• Saturday & Sunday OFF;
• Basic salary + required insurance coverage + 13th month salary;
• 12 day paid leaves per annum after probation + 5 sick leave days/year;
• Company supplies laptop;   
• If OT happened, would apply compensation leave.
