• New Business Planning: Lead the development of new business strategies and plans.
• Market and Product Research: Conduct thorough market and product research and analysis to identify opportunities.
• Hypothesis Development: Develop value and growth hypotheses for new business ventures.
• Feasibility Verification: Verify the concept and feasibility through Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive proposals for internal review, investors, and partners.
• Team Building and Recruitment: Assemble and recruit a talented team to drive new projects.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Financial Management: Manage project finance and budgets effectively.
• Results Tracking: Track and report on the outcomes and performance of new business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in business planning.
• Proven experience in a new business planning department or start-up environment.
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
• Strong ability to verify concepts and feasibility through PoC and MVP.
• Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the real-world assets market.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with industry leaders and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business plan development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
