About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (2–3+ years) to support the development and delivery of digital products. You’ll transform business needs into clear, actionable documentation that guides product development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories, and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Create detailed BRDs and FRDs that translate high-level concepts into structured documentation.
- Write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Track and manage requirement changes throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support QA and product teams during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist in creating training materials, product documentation, and supporting successful product launches.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product development.
- Proven expertise in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management/documentation platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.
