Mô tả công việc
- Research, formulate and implement the PR strategy for the product brand and corporate brand
- Build Brand Guideline to help initiating brands, strive to realize purposes and build aspirations.
- Propose customer gratitude program on major holidays.
- Propose marketing, advertising and promotional strategy of the product to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
- Lead digital marketing campaign & all digital activities on social media page, brand site, EC page… by managing internal team & external agency on creative, production & deployment ensuring quality delivery & timeline execution. Measure & report performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with proposed action plan
- Develop and deploy consumer journey and insight based automated marketing. Collaborate with CRM to convert lead into purchase and retention.
- Develop annual brand plan and projects, which includes marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution. Evaluation on the productivity.
- Good knowledge in marketing principles.
- 1-2 years experiences.
- Efficient communication and presentation skill.
- Proven experience in managing brands through development and deployment of brand strategy and tactics.
- Ability to translate to the insight from data analysis and marketing understanding
- Interpersonal skills and influencing skill to work, collaborate and manage internal and external stakeholders in effective way
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- A self-driven team player who possesses strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good organization, planning, problem analysis and problem solving skills.
