Mô tả công việc

1. Job Description

  • Collect information, compile, and report to superiors on matters related to manufacturing outsourcing activities, such as market, goods, prices, customers, and partners.
  • Understand know about our product, production process, and materials (raw material and packaging material).
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular customer care.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer care.
  • Coordinate with the accounting, delivery, and quality management departments in receiving, processing, and responding to customer information.


2. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • English: fluent
  • Experience in manufacturing outsourcing business and FMCG export goods is an advantage.
  • Skills in communication, negotiation, time management, and presentation.
