We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ SEO Strategy and Implementation
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Work with marketing agencies to optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tags, backlinks, and technical SEO.
- Monitor and improve website rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
2/ Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
3/ Content Marketing
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with SEO goals.
- Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, articles, and other content for search engines and user engagement.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
4/ Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts to drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
5/ Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics (traffic, conversions, rankings, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
6/ Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, development) to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
- Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing trends.
