• Review user requirements, Software Requirement Specification, and technical design documents to provide meaningful test plans in a timely manner and to create specific, integrated and structured test plans and test cases. 
• Identify system requirements through collaboration with developers and product owners 
• Design, develop and execute test SW (script) using open source tools 
• Bug identification, logging and thorough documentation, bug tracking, engineering-based data quantification 
• Develop and apply new and existing product testing processes to meet customer needs 
• Design, development and execution of Build / Test scripts for CI/CD system operation 

• Practical experience in software quality assurance 
• In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes 
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases 
• CI/CD build system management experience in Linux/Windows environment 
• Direct design and implementation experience for black-box testing and white box testing 
• Hands-on experience with automated test tools 
• Knowledge of SQL and scripts

• Experience in software development 
• SW and system performance testing experience 
• Practical experience in developing test automation tools 
• Practical experience in TDD development 
• Work experience related to the Agile/Scrum development process 
• Computer science, engineering or research 
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in related subject matter
