• Take charge of generating, developing, and launching cutting-edge products.

Requirements:

• Possession of a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, particularly in leading teams.
• Previous involvement in Financial Services, Web3/Blockchain, and Social Media sectors.
• Successfully launched multiple significant B2C products and features, showcasing a profound understanding of user needs and empathy.
• Exhibit a startup mindset and a track record of building projects from the ground up.
• Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making, coupled with a crucial combination of deep customer empathy and a first principles mindset. Capable of thoroughly understanding user challenges, devising practical solutions, detailing them comprehensively, and collaborating with engineers for implementation.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about contributing to the innovation of a startup company.
• Adept at comprehending technical constraints and freedoms associated with decision-making, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to engineering teams.
