Assistant of Sales – Textile Material Business

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support purchasing, process management, and sales activities for fiber, yarn, and fabric within the textile materials business. The role involves working closely under the guidance of a Japanese manager to understand internal processes, company culture, and business rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and purchasing operations for textile materials (fiber, yarn, fabric)
• Coordinate internal workflow and manage process from order to delivery
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation for fiber and textile goods
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth transactions
• Assist Japanese manager with daily operational support and report preparation
• Learn and follow internal company rules, business culture, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain clear communication across departments and contribute to teamwork culture

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s or above)
• Proficiency in English – equivalent to TOEIC 850+
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with import/export operations and related documentation
• Prior experience in textile, logistics, or trading business is a plus
• Open to learning and adapting to Japanese business culture
• Available to start immediately or within a short time frame
