Mô tả công việc
- Work with creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the Brand/ Product, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
- Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client. Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
- Support training & sharing knowledges to all members in team.
- Outsourcing quality control to meet team standard.
- Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required. Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
- Independently lead projects, mentor junior teammates and review junior designers’ work to ensure quality and brand fit.
- Interact with the client and account management to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy and the market in which it is competing.
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- 3+ years as a professional graphic designer and experiences in Agency, Adnetwork.(Prefer)
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production (Video Editing/ 2D Design)
- Good communication skill.
- Ability to execute ideas flawlessly paying attention to design, layout and typography.
