Mô tả công việc

To conduct the design stage management of future projects.
To support the tender team in the preparation of tender documents for future projects
Later to support Site PM teams to resolve Architectural design issues during the Construction stage and Operation stage.

Male/Female Japanese over 33 years old
Bachelor's degree-Major: Architecture
Having team management experience of more than 8 years
Working at least 3 years at the latest company
Experience in the design/ construction company is required
Experience in the same business at a foreign company or developer (real estate development company)
English: Specialize Level
