Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical support to sales team and customer in the process of pre and after sales of geared motors
- Understand of geared motor: functions, operation, manual … in order to train salesman, support to choose products and train customers.
- Understand of Applications: operation, installing, maintaining in order to support customers to calculating and find good solutions
- Use AutoCAD, specialized software… to make drawings, technical data
- Survey facilities of End Users to build the products map of all sectors/industry
- Co-ordinate with other function ie DSC, Quality, Productions to solve technical issues as well as products quality as: options request, maintenance, guarantee…
- To confirm all products for salesmen before offering to customers .
- Other tasks as may be requested from time to time.
- Background in Mechanical/Machinery disciplines
- 02 years of experience in maintenance, or in the machinery fabrication sector
- Good command of English
- Good communication skill
- In-depth knowledge of products
