About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer (3+ years) to join our global team. You will build and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role works closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and backend developers to deliver modern, performant, and scalable apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and native features.
• Optimize application performance across various devices.
• Debug and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific challenges.
• Participate in Agile processes: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
• At least 2 years with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with Git/version control workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
