• Setup and Developt new farms and demo nurseries successfully.
• Plan and carry out agricultural research experiments at demo farms according to company and customer standards.
• Participate in collecting experimental data, including data on crop growth, yield, product quality, and environmental factors,...
• Analyze experimental data and present results to management.
• Update knowledge about new farming techniques and development trends in the agricultural sector.
• Deployment and share research results with farmers and relevant departments.
• Implement training for farmers and staff on best farming practices and to increase productivity according new farming methods.

- Knowledge/ Experience:

• Graduate university majoring in Agriculture.
• Have at least 05 years of related experience.
• Have research experience in the field of agriculture, especially on new farming techniques on citrus( lime) or other related crops.
• Understanding of pesticides and how to use pesticides safely.
