• Moderating regular agile events for the teams
• Expanding existing- and implementing new agile methods
• Creating transparency about the status of the agile transformation of the teams and ensuring continuous improvement
• Communicating with different stakeholders and hierarchy levels
• Taking responsibility for the agile values in the organization and driving scaling from team to division level

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as a scrum master or agile coach
• Know-how in classical as well as agile organizational methods and know how to use them in a targeted manner
• In-depth knowledge, several years of practical experience and proven success in agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Very good Experience with collaborative tools like Microsoft DevOps and Office 365 including Teams, Miro
• Fluent in English
